Overview

The city of Wright City, Mo. adopted the following codes:

Existing Buildings

Existing buildings, meaning buildings that were built in accordance to code at the time of construction, typically merit extra consideration in a current updated code.

The city adopted the International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition. Wright City, Mo. Muni. Code, § 502.010 (adopted) with the Wright City 2009 Building Code Supplementals (IPMC amendments). Appendix J of the 2009 IRC was also adopted by the city.
